Our last blog before we head off to the airport! It has been a hectic few days, but we want to provide a quick summary of our activities and our contact info since we will have limited internet access for the next couple of weeks -- hopefully we will be able to get online at least every other day.

Marc did well in the USA National Half-Marathon Championships, finishing in 1:06:08, and coming in 18th (See results). This was close to his PR of 1:05:50 which he ran in Philadelphia back in Sept 2007.

We will try to get a SIM card and see if it will work in Christine's French cellphone and will post the number here if it works. Despite limited access, email is probably still the best way to get in touch with us.

Looking forward to some yummy lublub kitfo (rare beef), gomen wat (greens), doro wat (Ethiopia's national dish of chicken stew & hard boiled eggs), Tej/mead (honey wine) and of course coffee!
