Shuwen ran a 4K yesterday in about 20 minutes once you take out the time it took her to get to the starting line on the narrow trail - the Pumpkin Run - while Marc rested in preparation for next week's Olympic Trials Race. Here's a picture he took, apologies for the blurriness!

She pounded the last hill! Next up for Shuwen...a Thanksgiving Day 8K.

... and here's a picture of our mutant okra. The coffee grounds appear to be giving our garden a huge caffeine boost. Our cherry tomatoes are also visibly larger (though not quite as impressive as these guys).
